Combining ancient yoga techniques of breath control (pranayama), relaxing yoga poses (asana) with mindfulness and meditation. We can help you to slow down, relax and truly unwind. Our yin yoga sequences of relaxing poses, using the support of bolsters, are designed to rid the body of tension as well as stress. As your body starts to soften and relax, we turn our attention to the mind and practise mindfulness to ease tension and stress in the mind.

You don’t need to be flexible to practise yin yoga, it is perfect for beginner’s who can’t touch their toes as well as advanced yogis wanting to deepen their practise.
